What is the Whole Story Intensive?

Who is the Whole Story Intensive for?
Women serving in ministry leadership who want greater clarity, confidence, and direction. Whether you're on church staff, leading a ministry, serving in a nonprofit, or discerning what's next, this experience is designed for you.
How long does the Whole Story Intensive take?
Most women meet with me every three to four weeks, giving them time to reflect and apply what they're learning between sessions. After your final coaching session, your one-year Ministry Chick Network membership begins, so you'll continue growing long after the intensive is complete.
How do we meet?
All coaching sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere in the world.
What if I've never worked with a coach before?
Perfect. Many women who join the Whole Story Intensive are experiencing coaching for the first time. I'll guide you through the entire process.
Is this counseling or therapy?
No. This is Christian leadership coaching.
Sometimes, as we talk through your story, past experiences may surface. If I believe those experiences would be better processed with a Christian counselor or licensed therapist, I'll encourage you to pursue that support. I believe counseling and coaching work beautifully together, and each serves a different purpose.
In our coaching sessions, we'll acknowledge your story, learn from it, and focus on where God is leading you next. The goal isn't to stay stuck in the past. It's to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Will I leave with a plan?
Yes. You'll leave with a personalized Calling Map, practical next steps, and greater confidence about where God is leading you.
What happens after my coaching sessions are finished?
Your one-year Ministry Chick Network membership begins after your final coaching session, giving you continued coaching, leadership development, practical resources, and a trusted community of women who understand ministry leadership.
Why only three coaching sessions?
The Whole Story Intensive is intentionally designed to give you focused, meaningful conversations without feeling overwhelming. Each session builds on the previous one, giving you time to reflect, apply what you're learning, and come back with fresh insight.
